Items faulty on arrival: You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items should be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Damage in transit: Please report within 7 working days. If visibly damaged on delivery, refuse the item and notify us immediately. A replacement or refund will be arranged upon return.
Missing or incorrect item: Email us at support@softwaredesert.com within 3 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For cancellations or exchanges, requests must be made before the license key is dispatched.
We specialize in providing unique activation codes. Due to their digital nature, purchases are exempt from the standard 30-day cooling-off period.
